Property management is the operation and control of real estate, both commercial and residential. A property management company will care for, monitor, and be accountable to ensure the best interests of the property owner are reflected.

No, Elite does not own any of the properties it manages. They are owned by individuals or companies that hire Elite to manage their properties. Decisions regarding the properties are made by these owners as to what they would like done, or how they would like the property to be managed.

If it is not an emergency, the best way is through our website by filling out a request form, or you can also contact us directly by phone, fax or regular email. It is best that all correspondence is in writing and that you keep a copy for your own records.

We receive the form in real time and it is forwarded to one of our specialized agents. You will receive a confirmation that your request has been received along with the name of the agent in charge of helping you. You will then be contacted by email or phone to further discuss your needs.

We appreciate your questions and concerns and do our best to respond in a timely manner. If you have not received a response as quickly as you would like, please keep in mind that we can get extremely busy, and each inquiry will be responded to in the order in which it was received. Our listing updates are a continuous process - they are updated as soon as new information/listings are made available.

Elite has a ‘no tolerance’ policy regarding noise and disturbances. If it becomes a recurring problem, Elite will proceed with an immediate eviction.
