• What is property management?

  Property management is the operation and control of real estate, both commercial and residential. A property management company will care for, monitor, and be accountable to ensure the best interests of the property owner are reflected.

• Does Elite own the properties that are listed on the website?

  No, Elite does not own any of the properties it manages. They are owned by individuals or companies that hire Elite to manage their properties. Decisions regarding the properties are made by these owners as to what they would like done, or how they would like the property to be managed.

• How can I contact you?

  If it is not an emergency, the best way is through our website by filling out a request form, or you can also contact us directly by phone, fax or regular email. It is best that all correspondence is in writing and that you keep a copy for your own records.

• I filled out a request form on the web, now what?

  We receive the form in real time and it is forwarded to one of our specialized agents. You will receive a confirmation that your request has been received along with the name of the agent in charge of helping you. You will then be contacted by email or phone to further discuss your needs.

• I submitted a question using the online form three days ago, but I have stilbutton not received a response. Are you ignoring me?

  We appreciate your questions and concerns and do our best to respond in a timely manner. If you have not received a response as quickly as you would like, please keep in mind that we can get extremely busy, and each inquiry will be responded to in the order in which it was received. Thank you for your patience with us.

• How often are listings updated on the website?

  Our listing updates are a continuous process - they are updated as soon as new information/listings are made available.

• What if a problem occurs?

• I am an owner. How can I list my property with you to manage?

  Please call us during our office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday) at (306) 956-0044. You can also send us a fax at (306) 956-0094, or email us at inquiries@eliteproperty.ca. As soon as we receive your request, you will be contacted by one of our agents.

• Does Elite enforce policies with respect to noise and disturbances?

  Elite has a ‘no tolerance’ policy regarding noise and disturbances. If it becomes a recurring problem, Elite will proceed with an immediate eviction.
