If any type of maintenance work is required for a unit or suite, the request must be submitted to our office in writing.

Do we have permission to enter the unit and make the repairs when no one is home?
If you answer No, then a resident of the unit must be at home from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm on the assigned service day. Service calls are scheduled within 7 days of submitting this request.

You will be charged for the repair cost (including trip charges, ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY):

  • If damage or repairs were caused by you (clogged toilet, misused appliances, etc.).
  • If the repair is your responsibility per your lease agreement (replacing smoke alarm, flipped breakers, light bulbs, etc.).
  • If you miss an appointment with an assigned contractor/vendor assigned by Elite Property Management Ltd. to complete the repair.
  • If you refuse or restrict access to the unit when requested.
