STARTING THE NEW YEAR WITH A BANG!

Over the holidays we saw that anything can happen in this business - on January 1st an impaired driver lost control of a Hyundai Genesis and crashed into one of the apartments managed by Elite. This took place on 22nd Street at around 7 PM, and one of our property managers was on the scene to take the following pictures:
Ouch! Thankfully nobody was injured, but the driver of the car was arrested for impaired driving. Shenanigans like this make for a rough start to the year!

This is also a reminder to always follow traffic laws and drive with care during the winter. And of course, never drive while intoxicated. Call a cab!
