To Our Valuable Clients,
The COVID-19 pandemic is something that nobody could have expected or prepared for. As it continues to affect everyone’s daily lives, we want to note that this is a difficult time for Saskatchewan, our nation, and the world. Elite Property Management Ltd. is not excluded from this. As we do our best to navigate through stressful and anxious times, we wanted to provide an update.
Elite Property Management Ltd. has been providing services for over 16 years and we will continue to do so during this state of emergency. We have always been there for our clients through other tough times, and this will be no different. We will continue to provide you with the best services and knowledge that we possibly can given this difficult time.
We want everyone to know that our main priority is our clients and employee’s health and safety. Our company is taking all necessary precautions set out by the Government of Saskatchewan, Government of Canada and the World Health Organization. As things evolve, we have implemented new sanitization measures and standards in our organization in order to reduce contamination. We are encouraging and mandating any employees who are not feeling well to stay at home.
With this, Elite Property Management Ltd. has decided the best measure going forward is to minimize face-to-face interactions. We have already cancelled all group meetings, board meetings, AGM’s, and any other face-to-face integrations that involve over 5 people. Additionally, we have implemented new practices for showing rental units and new occupational health and safety standards for our maintenance division.
Effective April 6th; our office will be closed to the public. We are still available by telephone from 9:00am – 6:00pm. We will no longer be offering in person rental showings. All persons can view our virtual showings through our online platforms. Our staff will also be reduced to half capacity during this time and we want to apologize to our clients in advance for longer waiting periods as well as thank our clients for their patience at this time. We remain open and operational, despite our physical front door being closed. We ask our customers to please contact us by phone or email. We are happy to accommodate you as best we can, and go through your options with you in order to successfully complete the required service. Additionally, we are encouraging all tenants, and condo owners to set up remote payments in order to avoid coming into our office. Our phone lines will remain open 24/7 to handle emergency maintenance for our clients.
We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding and patience during this time.
